Individual Therapy

Who I Work With

Children (ages 9-12)

Kids often express emotions differently than adults. Through developmentally appropriate interventions, creativity, and collaboration with caregivers, I help kids develop emotional awareness, healthy coping skills, and confidence as they navigate life's challenges.

Teens

The teenage years can bring increased stress, emotional ups and downs, identity development, academic pressures, and relationship challenges. Therapy provides a supportive environment where teens can process their experiences, build resilience, and develop practical skills for navigating this important stage of life.

Adults

Adulthood comes with its own unique challenges, from managing anxiety and depression to navigating relationships, career changes, parenting, or major life transitions. Therapy offers an opportunity to gain insight, strengthen coping strategies, and create meaningful change.

How I Can Help

Finding the right therapist is an important decision, and I believe you should have the opportunity to ask questions before beginning therapy.

During our complimentary 15-minute phone consultation, we'll briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and whether my approach feels like the right fit for your needs. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process, scheduling, insurance, or anything else that may help you feel more comfortable moving forward.

A consultation is not a therapy session or clinical assessment, but rather a chance for us to connect and determine whether we're a good fit for working together.

If it feels like the right next step, we'll schedule your first appointment and begin your therapy journey together.
